She is the most ENTHUSIASTIC & ENERGETIC person that I know....she is a very caring person who is truly concerned of your wellbeing, but when required she knows how to drive and motivate.
She really helps you through those early sessions, with her special way of being able to be hard and motivating while remaining positive and supportive. She manages the sessions in the way that is needed physically-as is pertaining to the individual but also that the sessions are non repetitive.
BEFORE: I had given up my 17 year smoking habit only 7 months earlier, was about 6 kg's overweight and was very unfit.
AFTER: 12 months on i now know how to train , how to push myself, how to feel good about myself. How to appreciate the improved physical results, how to be disciplined & motivated and most of all how to enjoy training."

" Natalie is such an inspiration because she is one those few people who practices what she preaches. She never expects more of anyone than she is prepared to give of herself (besides, I think I'd need resuscitation if I tried to do what she does) ..my training sessions with Nat are not only about the physical, but also about mental strength and positive attitude...that is what makes her the best at what she does.
Her constant encouragement and praise is sometimes all I need to get out another push up or another few seconds on a plank. She has a wonderful ability to read people's personalities and work out how to get the best out of everyone.....
My life has changed in many ways already , I do a lot more outdoor things with my kids .
